All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after we receive the returned item or confirmation of order cancellation. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Cancellations

Before Dispatch

If your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel part or all of it within three days from the purchase date. Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund promptly.

After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery of the item(s). Please note that this may incur a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund upon return of the item(s).

If you have already accepted delivery of the item(s), you must contact us within 14 days to arrange a return or collection. Please note, a collection charge may apply. We will provide detailed instructions for the return process upon receiving your notification.
